Stockwood Open Space
Once a farm, Stockwood Openspace is now a large and exciting reserve with hay meadows, woodland and ponds. It is home to a range of wildlife, including frogs, newts, glow-worms, tawny owls and rare plants.
Access
There is a good network of pathways throughout Stockwood Open space and some cycleways.
How to get there...
You can get to Stockwood Open Space via the public footpaths from Stockwood, and also from the junction of Stockwood Road and the Coots.
